🤝 Implementation partner

Training alone changes no company. People do.

We train people. But a course on its own has never changed a process, introduced a tool or brought a department along. For that part we work with TransformWerk.

The gap we do not close ourselves

We say it plainly: absofort makes people capable. Anyone who completes a role certification or the Diploma Programme can do something afterwards that they could not do before. What they then do with it inside the company is not decided in the course.

That is exactly where TransformWerk comes in — a consultancy from Trimbach near Olten that guides Swiss SMEs through digitalisation and AI projects. Their claim reads “Optimise processes. Integrate AI. Bring people along.”, and the order in it is no accident.

The sentence that convinced us

«Most digitalisation and AI projects do not fail because of the technology. They fail because goals are unclear, employees are involved too late, or existing processes stay exactly as they were.»

TransformWerk on their own experience

How TransformWerk works

The approach is set out in eight steps and deliberately does not begin with technology, but with taking stock: where do media breaks, duplicated work and unnecessary effort arise?

01
Position and maturity
Analyse processes, tools and ways of working before anything is introduced.
02
Target picture and priorities
Prioritise by benefit, effort and feasibility — not every company needs a large AI project straight away.
03
Guard rails and governance
Data protection, confidentiality, clear rules for AI tools, roles and approvals.
04
Involve AI champions
A small pilot group that experiments, gathers experience and brings colleagues along.
05
Prioritise use cases
Where does AI really save time, where does it improve quality — assessed by benefit and feasibility.
06
Pilot project and rollout
Start clearly bounded instead of changing everything at once. Fast learning, less risk.
07
Enablement and change management
Training, workshops and dealing with uncertainty and resistance.
08
Measure success and keep developing
Evaluate impact, time saved and acceptance — transformation as a learning process.

Where the two parts mesh

Step 04 and step 07 are the points where training makes the difference. A pilot group that is meant to try out AI needs more than curiosity — it needs a foundation. And “enablement” is not a half-day workshop, but structured learning with proof.

That is what our 46 role certifications and the Diploma Programme are built for. Conversely, the best certification achieves little if nobody inside the company touches the processes. Hence the division of labour: we make the people capable, TransformWerk makes the organisation ready.

Where an SME begins

Getting started costs nothing: the SME check shows in a few minutes where the potential around digitalisation, processes and AI lies in your own company. Anyone wanting more detail gets a thorough assessment with the TransformWerk Compass.

If you would rather read up first: Praxiswissen collects articles on topics such as AI guidelines for SMEs — the kind of question that belongs settled before the first tool arrives.

ℹ️ For the record: TransformWerk is our business partner — we work together on client projects. This recommendation rests on that collaboration and is not paid for. All details on services and approach come from transformwerk.ch, retrieved in August 2026; what is stated there prevails.
