These terms apply to the use of the absofort.ch learning platform, operated by Alpasana GmbH (“Provider”). By registering and purchasing a course, you accept these terms.
The Provider offers online courses on artificial intelligence topics. After successful completion including a passed examination, a participation certificate (“certificate & proof of achievement”) is issued. This is a private course certificate issued by Alpasana GmbH and not a state-recognised or federal qualification.
The prices shown on the website apply in CHF including VAT. Payment is made as a one-off payment via the payment service provider Stripe (credit card, TWINT, PayPal and others). Access is unlocked after successful payment.
With the purchase, you receive immediate access to digital content. If the course has not yet been started, a refund can be requested within 14 days. After the course has begun or a certificate has been issued, refunds are excluded.
The course content is protected by copyright and intended only for personal use. Distribution, reproduction or commercial use without consent is prohibited. Access credentials must not be shared.
Examinations are evaluated automatically, partly using AI. In cases of attempted deception or abusive use, a certificate may be refused or revoked.
The Provider is not liable for damage arising from the application of the knowledge taught. The courses do not constitute legal, tax or professional advice.
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Alpasana GmbH, insofar as legally permissible.
