You will take on the role of an AI Business Specialist and learn how AI governance in Swiss organizations is analyzed, co-designed, reviewed and justified to decision-makers. This module follows Tobias Gerber, AI governance architect, who accompanies an organization from the first orientation mandate to the governance basis that is ready for decision-ready. This module is developed as preparation for the federal “AI Business Specialist” qualification. The official examination is taken separately at the examination authority.
