You learn at your own pace, with no fixed dates. As a guide, an IT essentials course takes around 6 hours of study time and a role certification around 15 hours. The lessons are short, so you can easily learn alongside your job.

What if the course turns out not to suit me?

If you have not started the course yet, you can request a refund within 14 days. Once you have started the course or a certificate has been issued, a refund is no longer possible. Before buying, every course page shows you all modules and learning objectives.
